SHOOTING
A quick release is
just as important as a hard shot. By shooting quickly, you
have a better chance of getting the puck through to the
net. Also, the goalkeeper often isn't set
for the shot. When practicing, be sure to spend time
working on a quick release. I'm sure it will improve your
scoring touch.
