STRUCTURED PROGRAM
  • a variety of sports including: touch Football, Soccer, Basketball, soft-Lacrosse, European Handball, New Zealand Cricket, Softball and more...

  • organized roller hockey games in our official 'NHL Breakout' inflatable rink

  • High and low ropes course and climbing wall

  • Swimming daily at the new Aurora Recreation Centre or SAC, supervised by certified lifeguards

  • Hockey Lounge with video game stations, ping pong, board games, videos and more!

FITNESS & CONDITIONING

The fitness emphasis is on the introduction of training concepts for speed, power and endurance, and on improving performance factors using:

  • the latest in 'sport specific' training

  • slide boards, ' dyna-bands', plyometrics and more

  • cardiovascular exercises

TEAM WORK, TEAM PLAY, TEAM BUILDING

A major emphasis of the off-ice program is on Team Building activities and concepts which will make you a more complete 'Team Player'. The program provides and engages players in challenging, fun exercise that require creative problem-solving, goal-setting, effective communication, trust and confidence building.
