COUNSELLOR IN TRAINING (CIT) PROGRAM

The CIT Program is intended for recent camp graduates who are now too old to participate as campers but would like to continue their Roger Neilson's experience with the goal of becoming full-fledged staff members in future years. Non-graduates should contact the Camp Office to discuss qualifications for acceptance into the program.

CAMP GRADUATES

Ages 16 & 17 birth dates for camp graduates who would like to become counsellors.
Note: Applicants must qualify to be accepted into the CIT Program.

Assist counsellors for all on and all-ice activities
Specialized leadership & development training
Open Ice every night reserved for staff & CIT's

Successful CIT Program graduates will be given first consideration for Junior Counsellor openings in subsequent years. Space in the CIT Program is limited.

CIT NOTES

Limit of 12 CIT's accepted per program.
Discounts apply when combining Residential weeks.
