Check-In begins at 9:00am. Check-Out time is at 2:00pm. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability of space. A $25.00 fee will be charged for a key/swipe card not returned or lost.

Meal Plans
PLEASE NOTE: Meal plans are only available with a guarantee of 40 guests participating. If you are interested in purchasing the University's 'meal plan', please check the box to be added to a reservation list. You will be contacted should the minimum number be reached.
 
Payment Information
All reservations require a credit card guarantee or full payment. All rates are in Canadian funds and include all applicable taxes - unless specifically noted. Cancellations for accommodations must be made 48 hours in advance. No shows (and cancellations within 48 hours) will be fully charged. Please make all Cheques and Money Orders payable to Chartwells.
